About Us

AOT was established by a group of like-minded industry experts who wanted to provide customers with a simpler buying experience. Commercial office equipment is necessary for virtually every business, so we figured, why make it harder than it needs to be.

AOT is an Atlanta-based, locally owned and operated, office equipment and automation company. The founding members of AOT have over 150 combined years of industry experience. Since our inception, we have witnessed exponential growth throughout the entire USA, serving more than 1,600 clients in 44 states. The success of AOT is not derived from a secret formula or unmatched wit, but rather, simple principles that continue to not only produce results, but a world-class customer experience.

Here’s How We Do It…

Principle 1: Bigger is not better, better is better.

We believe chasing growth can drive people to do some pretty unnecessary and short-sighted things. Growth can rush important decisions, strain employees, and cause organizations to cut corners. Becoming a bigger company is an intoxicating experience, but like any structure without a wide base, it will topple. We will grow, but we will do it the right way; strategically and methodically. In doing that, we continually get better.

Principle 2: Integrity is everything; without it you have nothing.

If we can't take each other at our word, then any business commitment we make to one another is void of trust. Whether that commitment is contractual, or verbal, we intend to honor it. At AOT, we don't have to see everything the same as someone else, but you can rest assured that when we shake hands, we've made a promise to follow through on our word.

Principle 3: Common-sense, field-based solutions will always be our focus.

At AOT, we believe in being clear about our intentions and recommendations. We understand that no one likes to be sold a bunch of sizzle. The business world is full of pitfalls and potential gaffs; you don't need trusted partners adding to those perils. Our technology solutions will be clear and understood. When that level of comfort and understanding exists in a business relationship, both parties strive to do more, together.

Principle 4: Recognized hard work is a rewarding experience.

We understand that people come to work to make a living. They work to live, but we work hard. Recognizing that hard work in people is vital. It acknowledges they have invested in themselves, the company, and the client. The byproduct of that recognition is a win-win-win that helps ensure all parties experience the most valuable return on their investment. At AOT, we don’t think great companies make great employees. Great employees make a great company.

All of the aforementioned principles and history have one thing in common—they all benefit the client. If we maintain our shared culture and principles, the client experiences the difference. Our culture becomes an extension of the original idea and goal, that was devised for years, before AOT even began.

Much of AOT’s history is yet to be written, but with each new client, and every passing day, the organization strives to find new and innovative ways to accelerate progress by empowering your business!
