The stats show that about 85% of a realtor’s sales come through referrals, and residential real estate sales in Atlanta is BIG business. So, when AOT got the chance to partner with a local real estate firm, they needed to be able to turn hot referrals into closed deals as quickly as possible. AOT was able to disrupt a 28+ year relationship, with a previous provider, showing the client several pockets of where they had been overcharged and missing areas of cost recovery. The solution was a fleet of five new MFPs, armed with custom-built scan workflows for document review and user code charge backs to each realtor for usage.
While working with this large non-profit, AOT was able to implement several key elements of technology that three previous providers has failed to do. One portion of the solution was electronic, custom billing, that captures specific billing codes and charge backs to each department. Another element was the deployment of secure HID card release printing, cutting down nearly 30% of print activity that was otherwise waste. The result was a streamlined agreement structure that provided transparency to both the user and the organization.
